“Sound is the final frontier”, Tom Holman
Bravery knows no age.
In 1710, the Swedish fleet suddenly appeared on the horizon outside Køge harbor. The Danish fleet was in a dismal state after encountering rough weather on its way back to Køge. Only one ship was seaworthy and was summoned to confront the Swedish fleet - alone. This was the ship of the line, Dannebroge.
"Royal and subtle, but still cheerful".
The brief was unmistakable, Danmarks Radio (DR1) approached us to create sound design for all the breakers to be used in the show celebrating His Royal Highness Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark's 50th birthday.
